I have a missing or damaged item

We aim for all orders to reach customers without issue, however unfortunately sometimes there can be a issue with a order. If you have a missing or damaged item please contact ourselves and we will look into this for you as soon as possible.

You can also raise any query you may have by sending a email to cs@approvedfood.co.uk

Alternatively you can call and leave a message on our unmanned voicemail facility and we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible on 0114359931. With all queries if you can provide your order number this will allow for our team to look into any query as quickly as possible. 

Our office opening times are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays, we aim to respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
