Why is my order still 'being processed'?

At Approved Food we aim to pick all orders within 3-5 working days of being placed, with our working days being Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holiday. An order will show as 'being processed' until it is picked. After an order is picked it will be marked as 'Shipped'.

If your order still shows as 'being processed' after 5 working days please contact our Customer Service Team, who will then get this looked into further.
