Where is my order?

We aim to have order dispatched within 3-5 working days of being placed and once the order has been dispatched your order details online will be updated to "Shipping".

If your order is still not updated after 5 working days, please email cs@approvedfood.co.uk with your order number and our team will take a look into this for you - please wait until after this time period has passed before contacting.

After your order has been updated to shipping, you can get your tracking information from cs@approvedfood.co.uk.
